New bcparks.ca Visitor Survey

For over 18 months, BC Parks has embarked on a journey to transform its approach to designing and delivering services, a key goal of which is to radically improve reservation and information services at BC Parks. In January 2022, alongside a new reservation service, BC Parks launched beta.bcparks.ca – a new online experience for the BC Parks website. During the past year, we have listened to hundreds of people who helped inform the creation of a more user-friendly, accessible, and inclusive online experience for BC Parks. The new website launched at bcparks.ca on January 30, 2023 and BC Parks would like your input on using the new site.

The new bcparks.ca will continue to be a work in progress, and always under continuous improvement. We have intentionally launched the site now, while still under some construction given January is a quieter time of year. We want visitors to familiarize themselves with the new site prior to the busy season, both to become comfortable and familiar with the new site prior to needing it more often, but also so we have time to incorporate more feedback. We look forward to hearing from you on how we can keep making things better.

Any personal information provided will be removed by BC Parks or BTT moderators and will not be used.
