Skyview Survey: In-Park Feedback
This survey is to receive feedback from customers on their in-park experience at Skyview. The survey is only open to customers who have stayed at Skyview during the 2022 camping season.
Feedback period
The survey will be open to Skyview campers from July to November 2022.
Background
In BC Parks’ frontcountry campgrounds, customers reserve specific sites for a select night or date range. At RV parks, it is common to reserve nightly stays, without selecting a specific site. Skyview, at E.C. Manning Park is BC Parks first fully serviced RV campground. As a 100% RV park, it models similar other RV park booking methods. Customers select, at time of reservation, a back-in or pull-through site and the dates or length of stay. There is no option to select specifics sites. This method helps maximize availability as it manages volume based on equipment size in park.
How information from the survey will be used:
Information gathered from this survey may help to inform any future RV projects that BC Parks may undertake. All other frontcountry camping offerings will not change, customers will continue to book at the site-specific level for all frontcountry camping.
The survey has 13 questions and will take approximately ~10 minutes to complete.
