BC Parks is launching a review of our volunteer program. The intent of this review is to identify and initiate improvements to the program and will include a review of group partnership agreements and individual volunteers (including ER Wardens and Backcountry Hosts). This survey is being sent to all BC Parks volunteers. The results of this survey will help the project team identify and prioritize what aspects of the volunteer program need to improve.
All responses will be anonymous. Please do not include any personally identifiable information about yourself or others in your responses. Any personal information provided will be removed by BC Parks or BTT moderators, and will not be used. The information in this survey is collected and kept confidential in accordance with section 32(c) and 32(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). Your responses will be used for the purpose of improving the safety and management of provincial parks and to further understand the demographic profile of provincial park visitors.
